Amanda has been practising acupuncture since 1992, so she has a wide experience in treating many conditions in both men and women.
One of her areas of specialist interest is in fertility, pregnancy, birth and beyond. Her forthcoming book Birthing Together, a spiritual and energetic approach to pregnancy and birth reflects her many years working with couples in this field, as well as attending births as a doula.
Amanda is an ordained One Spirit minister and combines her spiritual outlook on health together with the acupuncture. Happiness or spiritual counselling works with the mind, thoughts and emotions. When combined with acupuncture, which works on the energetic and physical body, it becomes a profound form of healing. Working on both the cause and effect of disease.
Amanda runs retreats for couples preparing them in mind, body and spirit for birth and beyond.
She counsels couples on any fears or emotions they may be holding around this or previous births.
Her joy is to let people discover the gift that is in every situation.
Amanda can do consultations face to face in East Sussex or over the phone, zoom or Skype.
