Sara Da Silva
Nutritional Therapist, Homeopath and Health Coach
Improving health and wellbeing by supporting people to change what they can change… and manage what they can’t.
Sara has over 30 years’ experience as a Health Practitioner.
Initially a homeopath, she subsequently added a BSc in Nutritional Therapy and a Health and Wellbeing Trainer qualification to her skills. She works both privately, offering one to one nutrition and homeopathy consultations, as well as with community groups providing workshops on health awareness and promotion.
She is a clinic supervisor for final year Nutritional Therapy students at the University of West London. Sara has also worked for the NHS as a Health Coach and as part of a Diabetes prevention programme – developing expertise in supporting people to manage chronic health problems in a way that enables them to achieve and maintain a full and active life.
